GENERAL
- I work in GMT+7 Timezone, from Mon - Fri. Weekends are rest days or for personal projects.
- Requests are grouped by 3 requests per batch. If current batch exceeds the maximum number, newer requests will be moved to the next batch and will be put on waitlist until every ongoing requests on active batch are done.
- You are able to cancel your request anytime if your request is still on waitlist.
- Please provide as much details of the preferred illustration as possible, along with the references needed. Details include:
a. Character details (Design sheet, design illustration, splash art, etc.)*
b. Composition (Headshot, bust-up, half body, etc.)*
c. Artwork theme (Please provide details on artwork theme as detailed as possible)*
d. Character pose*
e. Background
- Commissions will be done in 7-30 days after sketch approval. Depending on situation, they might be done earlier or later. Any delays will be informed through client's DM.
- I have the right to refuse commissions that are out of my expertise.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- A minimum of 50% payment of agreed price is made after the sketch draft has been confirmed.
- Payments must be made within 2 days (2x24 hours) after invoice is sent. If clients fail to do so, their requests can not be processed.
- In case of inconvenience, clients can decide their preferred date to make payments.
- Cancellation and refunds are not possible once payment is done, unless the artist decides to cancel the commission.
- Payments are available through PayPal (International) and Mandiri (Indonesia). For international clients who would like extra security, you can commission me through VGen
- Price rates for Commercial Use are open for negotiations through email or DMs (preferably email).
- Multiple Characters can be added, with a Maximum of 3 characters in one canvas, with each character adding +50% off the base price.
- Cancellations are only available when no payment has been made yet.REVISIONS
- Maximum of 3 revisions is available during sketch stage. Minor/subtle revisions do not count.
- Major revisions include: Anything that will change the entirety of the artwork or requires a redrawing e.g. overall artwork composition, poses (hand pose, body pose, etc.), overall color palette.
- Minor revisions inlude: Proportional/scaling changes e.g. size, length, width of an object. Subtle color changes e.g. highlight color, shadow color of an object, etc. Subtle finishing effects e.g. particle effect, light ray effect, blur effect, etc.
- Once the artwork is fully rendered, only minor revisions are allowed (maximum 2 times).
- If the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist within 48 hours, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.USAGE
- My works MAY NOT be turned into NFTs and/or fed to AI.
- Please do not claim the illustration as yours. Please credit me as the artist wherever you post the finished commission (@nekogami_kun on twitter or any of my socials I've listed in my profile)
- Please do not trace, copy, inappropriately edit, or sell my works (you can only sell if proper commercial use has been purchased).
- I retain the rights for all commissioned artworks to use them as my portfolio. Some may be posted on social media with added watermarks, but you are free to ask me not to.Commercial Use example:
- Illustration for monetized cover songs
- Character / background / assets for your stream / game
- Physical / digital merchandises that you would like to sell,
- Membership / any exclusive content, etc.Personal / Non-Commercial example:
- Social media public post / icon / banner
- Thumbnail usage for streams / clips
- Weekly schedule post, etc.

Procedure

>> Please provide detailed preferences of the illustration commission with added references. More details on this in ToS>> Clients are required to make a 50% deposit of the agreed price within 2 Days after the sketch draft is agreed to before the progress can be resumed. After the deposit is made, the commission cannot be canceled unless the artist fails to complete it. More details on this in ToS.>> You will be updated on the progress (refined sketch > lineart and coloring > finished), If you don't respond during these updates for any minor revisions within 48 hours, the progress will be considered OK and will be continued to completion.>> Major revisions are limited and only available within the sketch phase (before 50% deposit). Minor revisions are still allowed. More details on this in ToS.>> Expected Deadlines for each commission can range from 7-30 days, with a possibility of time extensions due to unexpected issues. Rest assured, you will be informed if / whenever this happens.>> The final illustration will be delivered through email as a PNG file. You may also ask for a seperate transparent PNG of the character without the background.
